Residential Services is undergoing  reconstruction.

Residential Services houses our Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) and Transitional Housing Program (THP). Therapeutic Foster Care provides stability, consistency, nurturing, and guidance to children who have been abandoned, abused, neglected, and often times dismissed by others.  TFC allows for a wide range of options for children and adolescents needing out of home placement in the least restrictive setting. VIRTUE will be dedicated to providing services to families and individuals. THP is designed for foster children who have reached age 18, aged out of the system (DSS) and have no other alternative. This program will provide housing, food, clothing, and the training necessary to promote self-sufficiency.

These services are dedicated to providing individuals and or families with the highest quality of care as well as a safe, nurturing, home-like environment that will be conducive to the consistent progression and attainment of individualized goals. This can be accomplished within Foster Care services and or the Transitional Housing Program.
